Mindful Boston has an organizational partnership with a group started at MIT called “@250.org” They are building a world-wide network of @2:50 mindfulness webinars, one time-zone at a time…

The East Coast/New York Time Zone @2:50 is also 2:50pm in Boston.
The European/Helsinki meditation is at 2:50pm in their time zone, and that translates to 7:50am in Boston, during daylight savings time. You are welcome join them too.

First Sundays

Would you like to learn something new?

On the first Sunday of each month-
30mins of meditation education

Mindful Boston teachers offer meditation instructions to the @250 group on the first Sunday of the month. You are welcome to join our free classroom.

At 2:50pm there is the normal daily silent ten minutes.
At 3:00pm, we continue the webinar with a 30 minute meditation classroom. It’s the same link.

The next couple of dates are 3pm Sunday March 5th 2023 and Sunday April 2nd.

A collaboration event with Mindful Boston and @2:50

The celebration for @2:50 EST’s 1000th consecutive day was an experience of community building around the practice of mindfulness.

Thanks to everyone at @250 for a great time!

This ten-minute guided meditation is similar to the bodyscan meditation that was led during the live event on 12/6/22.
