Mindful Boston’s Summer Summit is back!

Saturday 9am to 12 Noon: This is the main event each year at our studio. We have a half-day retreat where you can experience meditations from the graduating Lev 4 teachers. This is where they present their thesis and graduate.

Saturday after noon: You have the afternoon to yourself to explore Cape Cod.

The Friday night before: Many members of our studio come early, and stay overnight at the campground or the hotels next door. (Walking distance)

Cost: $50 for general admission.
This retreat is included with membership at levels 2/3, and it is required for level 4.
