The Keystone Membership gives you on-demand guided meditation audio created by accredited, classically trained, teachers from Greater Boston. Plus in-person support for deepening your practice.

It’s is a meditation subscription service with local flavor.

 

In addition to relevant, fresh meditation content, and enriching discussion forums, there’s also the satisfaction of knowing you’re supporting local meditation programs in a sustainable way.

 


For $12/mo you get Keystone exclusive album of audio and access to Keystone members-only pages.
The yearly rate ($125) includes twelve albums.

— Accountability Tools designed to help you stick with your practice.

— An archive library.

— Select Level 2 meditation classrooms.

  • Local flavor:

— Get to know your meditation teachers. Jump on our “Office Hours” zoom call.

— small groups meet via zoom (and in-person with covid protocols) for coffee klatches. Current Keystone Gatherings are usually the third Thursday of the month. Your vote determines the date and time.

  • Each monthly album includes:

— The free Fanclub 101 meditation track, of course.

— A podcast track. Learn about a mindfulness topic with the Talk&Teach Dialog and Inquiry Podcast.

— Advanced meditation tracks. Experiment with longer meditations.
