2023 April Meditation 101 Series

On the Ask A Mindful Mentor page, we've received a bunch of questions like this:

 

"How do I apply mindfulness when I am in a stressful situation? "

 

On Sunday April 2nd our community had a webinar discussion about this topic.

We took 30 minutes to talk about what has worked for folks as coping mechanisms, and what is recommended in the MBSR format as one grows their mindfulness practice.

We will continue to have these classroom discussions on the First Sunday of every month. You are welcome to join us!
